In Fifty Years
In Fifty Years is a compilation of videos and viewpoints, a look into humanity's vision of tomorrow.
Through this project, we strive to capture and share environmental perceptions from around the world, particularly from the far-reaches of the South Pacific, where the islands and their cultures are being directly and dramatically impacted by climate change. We aim represent a wide array of beliefs, a diverse spread of issues, a colorful variety of personalities and backgrounds. Global problems are highlighted, and local issues connect around the world in a network of similarities. The interviews we collect worldwide are a window into the reality of a changing world.

“Coming Soon... A window into the reality of a changing world...
In Fifty Years is a film/interview project designed to capture and share environmental perceptions from around the world, particularly in the small islands of the South Pacific. We want to know what changes people are currently noticing in their surroundings with respect to climate change, and what they think their homes will be like in the future based on what they see happening around them now. In addition to conducting interviews during our travels, we will be gathering videos from around the world via our upcoming In Fifty Years website. So, please check back, and meanwhile, ask yourself: What do you think the area in which you live now will be like in fifty years?...”
